After hours:
For urgent, life-threatening emergencies, call 911.
If your child is ill and you feel you must speak to a provider after hours, please call our regular office number (716) 668-5331 and choose to speak with the answering service. They will contact the provider on call who will return your call with home care advise.
Non-urgent messages for the next business day can be left on the machine when the prompt "leave a message" is chosen.
Prescription refill requests will be addresses during office hours, Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm.
The on-call provider will not schedule office appointments. If you wish to be seen for an appointment, please call the regular office during phone hours.
Ages seen:
We welcome new patients up to age 16 and will see patients up through the age of 19.
Appointment Scheduling:
Please call 668-5331 during regular business hours to arrange your pediatric visit. We offer same day appointments for urgent care needs.
Newborns and Hospitalized Patients:
Newborns and hospitalized patients are managed by a hospitalist. Notify Forestream Pediatrics of your child’s birth or a hospital stay to schedule an office visit upon release. We look forward to meeting your new little one and answering all the questions you may have as a parent.
Will my child need any immunizations at his or her next well child check-up?
Below is a link with the typical vaccine schedule. We will review your child's vaccine record at each well child check to make sure that they are up to date with the recommended schedule, and aren't missing any immunizations.
