We Offer Appointments FOUR EVENINGS Each Week and Saturday mornings!

Phone hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
  • Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Appointment times begin 30 minutes after the office opens and may extend 30-45 minutes after the phone hours end.  Office visits are available by appointment only.  We do not offer walk-in clinics.   Closing times may vary slightly based upon urgent care volume.

The office is closed for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

After hours:

Whenever the office is closed there is always a provider on call by phone for emergencies and questions.  Non-urgent messages can be left on the machine for the next business day. If you wish to speak to the provider on call,  choose to be transferred to the answering service and they will take your information and notify the provider on call.

For urgent life-threatening emergencies call 911.

Ages seen:

We welcome new patients up to age 16 and will see patients up through the age of 21.

Appointment Scheduling:

Please call 668-5331 during regular business hours to arrange your pediatric visit. We offer same day appointments for urgent care needs.

Newborns and Hospitalized Patients:

Newborns and hospitalized patients are managed by a hospitalist. Notify Forestream Pediatrics of your child’s birth or a hospital stay to schedule an office visit upon release. We look forward to meeting your new little one and answering all the questions you may have as a parent.

Will my child need any immunizations at his or her next well child check-up?

Below is a link with the typical vaccine schedule. We will review your child's vaccine record at each well child check to make sure that they are up to date with the recommended schedule, and aren't missing any immunizations.
